1. Services
- Talenter Academy provides mentoring, consultancy, technology, funding support, and visa-related advisory services.
- Services are described in proposals, contracts, or on our website.
2. Fees & Payments
- All fees must be paid as per the agreed proposal or service agreement.
- Fees may be structured as upfront payments, instalments, or deposits + monthly instalments.
- Fees cover Talenter Academy’s professional services only. They do not include third-party costs such as:
- Product development costs.
- Investor fees or equity contributions.
- Visa application charges or government fees.
- Late payments may incur additional charges.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide accurate and complete information (business, financial, personal, or immigration documents).
- Ensure compliance with laws in their jurisdiction.
- Co-operate fully during consultancy, mentoring, or investor preparation sessions.
- Be solely responsible for the accuracy of any business, legal, or immigration documents provided to Talenter Academy.
4. Limitation of Liability
- Talenter Academy does not guarantee visa approvals, funding success, or investor commitments.
- We provide advisory, mentoring, and preparatory support. Outcomes depend on external bodies (investors, endorsing bodies, government agencies).
- We are not liable for losses resulting from reliance on third parties, market risks, or client errors.
- Liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services.
5. Intellectual Property
- All materials, presentations, pitch decks, training modules, and consultancy documents created by Talenter Academy remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
- Clients may use materials for their own business purposes only.
6. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared during the business relationship.
- Confidentiality does not apply where disclosure is required by law.
7. Visa & Immigration Advisory Disclaimer
- Talenter Academy provides support and preparation for visa applications but does not act as an immigration solicitor unless explicitly stated.
- We work with partner law firms for regulated immigration advice.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet eligibility and documentation requirements.
8. Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate services with written notice.
- Fees paid are non-refundable except where explicitly stated.
9. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
- Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England & Wales.
10. Updates to Terms & Policy
Talenter Academy may update this Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website.
